Evil Alts, 2 weeks ago we started a campaign on a new universe that we detected, that was the start of our new colonial era, I got informs about our allies also finding a new universe and planning an attack to it, which would start for them their own colonialist era, I want to announce that our expansion through this universe found 2 weeks ago was successful and they're part of our empire now, but also that it led us to find more universes, so, we are gonna start a mega campaign on 3 universes at once...

Evil alts, this order is very secretive, and that makes us powerful, but that also can make others not trust us entirely, we just want to make something be pretty clear, Elightin can be very distractful, he has created tensions and has joined wars against us making us get distracted and lose the time that we could be using for our main objective, so, we'll have an eye on Elightin to make sure he doesn't start any war against us nor joins any war started by someone else against us.

Evil Alts, in recent times we have not been getting involved in any war, and we recently decided to propose an offer to The Chaos Legion, this pact would have guaranteed peace for a specific time, plus allowing us to increase our technology by trading with the Legion, and also this treaty had as objective to guarantee the security of the GME, the GAE, the Legion and the Evil Alts Order, after sending this diplomatic letter we received a very worrying response that we'll make sure the GME and the GAE get informed of, this response by The Chaos Legion says: "As Si said, we make no promises, so we’re declining this offer. Sorry. :/", apparently the Legion has no interest on making it sure to establish peace on PMC nor in making promises, which means that any previous pact, agreement or treaty established with them might be dangerous, so we're alerting everyone who made an agreement that if they get betrayed by the Legion, you must not be surprised as "they don't make promises".
The rejection of this agreement means that if they want they can declare war at us with no reason, and that their objectives may not be keeping the peace between the PMC factions.
