YES:

-You may use my pack in personal mash up packs. To upload the pack, you MUST ask permission AND give me credit to my original pack and profile.
-You may tweak my packs for personal use. No uploading even with credit. If there is a problem with the pack, tell me and we can fix it together if needed.
-You may use my packs in public and private servers. Either for everyone or just for personal use is perfectly fine. If anyone asks where the pack came from, give them the link to my profile.

NO:

-You may not plagiarize my pack or make a pack that closely resembles mine (examples: same models, same names, shape and/or color, etc).
