What are you applying for: I'm not a super good builder so I would prefer something higher than that, but whatever you think I'm qualified for!

Why I should pick you: Because I have had a lot of experience and I feel I can help your server in many ways.

Any past experience: Tons. I have even hosted my own server at one point! Most are inactive or went down which is why I'm looking for a new server!

I suggest going on Minecraftforums and making a post detailing about your server and how you need a sponsorship or discount. I did this and tons of companies contacted me and offered discounts and such. They also have a sticky that you should read, helps you make a convincing post.

I'm trying to save money for my own server, so unfortunately I cannot donate.

That is rather large, and I doubt anyone would take time to do it for free. However I'm not a mod developer so I don't know...It is an amazing idea though, not sure how many of those features would work on minecraft....

You can't actually gift people steam cash. You can give them games, not cash. Also, this seems very sketchy. If I had 20$ I could go to a well known server provider like ProvisionHost and persuade them to config my files.
