  he shows up at the top of the page, above the community tab and the other site options, and next to the search bar
  u can tap on him when he shows up and he will stay on ur page forever
  he shows up while ur surfing around on pmc, so just keep an eye out. ive spotted him so many times while i've already clicked off the page when its too late lol
