Of course no. I mean some people just do that to take their anger out and not on a baby, but also there are words that have another meaning like "Bunch of sticks" "female dog" "happy" that people find offensive for some reason.

Photoshop might be a little too much for pixel art and is expensive if he only wants it to use it for pixel art.

I'll say Gimp/Paint.net they are both free and have a similar look to photoshop.

You can't spawn mobs via commandblocks.
You can either use MCedit and make a spawner that only spawn him when the player is 1 block close to it or just make it yourself.

I don't think that you know what you are talking about:

The first thing is that is not just drawing. You can't draw in a piece of paper it has to be done in the computer and than use a program like Flash to make walking animation,hitting,jumping,swimming. Is pretty much time consuming and the person doing needs to know some knowledge about rigging and coding.

It takes more than a month to make a good game and apple/android store won't accept just any simple game made by somebody since it could harm a person's device.

You will need people to help you because coding isn't simple

Also it looks like you are asking for art similar to Minecraft and this will cause a lawsuit from Mojang.

Dinnerbone made the mobs harder because people were complaining that it wasn't hard enough and surviving was pretty easy, but now everybody is complaining. Also feel glad that they are still updating Minecraft and you don't have to pay for it because they already finished the game.

Is "herobrine" but is just a joke they always put random eastern eggs in their pictures.
(All of the snapshots of the horse update have Grumm a Mojang developer in the pictures)

I don't think that it is a new dirt block, but the color that the biome it gives to the dirt.

Alienware are overpriced and they are terrible at multitasking. (recording,playings games,skype)

You should pick some parts and make yours (If you don't know what parts are good ask a community like in here)

If you want a good computer that is made for gaming you will need to buy parts and make it yourself or take the parts to a local computer shop.

Most computers aren't made for gaming and the ones that are made for gaming are over priced for example you can get a good one for about 900$ meanwhile alien ware will cost about 1250$ and they are terrible.
