3) Experience Plenty. I've been an administrator/moderator on over 10 Minecraft servers and even own one myself. If you would like references, please just ask.
4) How many hours a day will you be on? As many as needed. I'm homeschooled
5) What can you bring to the table? For one, I could bring someone friendly and responsible to your growing server. Not only that, but with my experiences, I have a good idea of how to handle certain inevitable situations on a server.
6) What separates you from everyone else? I think the thing that separates me from other people is my young age, but my responsibility and experiences. I have started administrating servers since I was 11, and got mine around the age of 12. I have an easy time making friends with my sense of humor and overall quirkiness.
I also have experiences with troubleshooting MySQL (running a MyBB forums at the moment), and have a LOT of knowledge about Linux and dedicated servers. I am currently learning Java from an experienced Minecraft plugin coder.

(P.S., a little fun suggestion, get a plug.dj room for your server and advertise it. You can get more players on the server and also play music and videos together as a community)
