Dr__SteveDavid5886There is no official way to downgrade Minecraft Pocket Edition. iOS 5 is really really old and there is no surprise that Minecraft keeps crashing. As far as I know there is no way to downgrade..
The same probably happens for the PC; for example, you cannot expect a PC with
W98, 64 MB of RAM, an ol' HDD (a Fujitsu, to be exact), and an Intel Celeron, and an old graphics card (an ATI) to power a modern game, or even OS, because I believe
(probably) Windows 7 / Windows Server 2k8 [2008]
needs a GPU that is WDDM 1 or higher, or a DirectX 9 or higher is needed.
Also, for Windows Vista, you needed 512 MB of RAM and an 800 MHz CPU, and even probably that minimum wasn't enough; my cousin said that you cannot expect that old of a PC to power a memory-intensive OS
