I also worked on many events on those two servers (Server 4 and Server 1) Ok now on Server 5 I was only staff on there for maybe a year a half, that was due to I got tired of Skyblock and wanted to move on back to Factions or Towny servers. I first started being staff on there 2017-2018, I resigned due to it was getting to boring. But my main goal on there was to provide support for the Owner/Head-Admin whenever they needed me to. As a staff member on there I learnt that being strict isn't / shouldn't be the only option to make sure everyone is doing everything good. I also learned that on the way you can be friends / colleagues even if sometimes things gets competitive. I recently retired on a new server that relied, the owner didn't want to counterpart and fix the bugs on his server, My rank on there was Staff Manager/Head-Admin. I recently retired on a Factions server called Server 6 due to toxic behavior and the staff team didn't know what they were doing half the time.
