Criteria for crititisms:

Criticise the issue, not on the person.
Don't make personal attacks (for example, "What a loser thou are! [mocking]").
Praise then criticise the product.
Use "I" and "we" statements.
Give the criticised person a chance to self-critique.
The critic has something valuable (being knowledgeable about Minecraft, good at shading skins)

If the "criticisms" are insulting and don't satisfy the standards, they are not welcome!
