you dont need a srv record here, 25565 is the default mc port so if u have just an A record it will point to domain.com:25565 even when typing domain.com as the address

You need to set an A record for this and it will directly forward you to port 25565
Name should be play.
target should be your ip, without any port

If you got your ip from the Windows network settings that might be your private IP. usually when i want my public ip i just google "my ip address" and copy it.
