-Age: 16 (Almost 17, I have read the rules and I understand this application may be useless. I am in the same grade level as the other 17 year olds and I take college classes also. My friends are 16-18 and I don't want to be considered young because of a few months.)
-experience: Many staff positions on various servers. Currently Admin on a youtubers server that has 1000+ subs and gets 100 players on the server as a normal. (I'm the only staff that isn't a builder i.e the only exception as he puts it.)
-Up for learning new things and teaching others in staff things you know? Of course. The staff team is only as good as it's least informed and least experienced member. Thus, I would teach what I know and learn from them.
-Are you good with multi-tasking? Absolutely. I can build while talking to you and 3 others on skype chat while plaything the game while moderating
-How many hours can you be available per day? 10+ weekend 4+ daily.
-What languages do you speak ? English, part spanish (from new mexico)
-Tell me what roll you are best in? Player management and helpdesk. I really do excel at helping new players and keeping spammers/hackers in line. I can say this honestly I am one of the few people who can tell who is hacking by slight movements. I have learned the difference between lag and hacking.
-Are you good with management? I didn't see this until I posted the above thing, but yes I do best in player help.
-Do you have good knowledge of server maintenance & programming? (no need just asking) I know how to do SOME java and permissions and plugin config are easy.
-Do you get angry a lot ? Honestly, the only thing I get upset about is when staff members aren't doing there job/abusing their rights. But of course I could just send you a message of the details and not say anything radical.
-are you a good team player? I am as long as the team members are also willing to try to work things out. I can't handle immature staff.
-Why shall you be the one to join ? I may be a few months under the restriction, but I bring some aspects that are very valuable to a server. I can't build, but I can moderate like a beast. I have watched many great servers rise and fall. The main factor is the staff. That's why I want to be apart of this. The others seem mature and I love the idea of an older staff base.
