All right. Elbows hurt most, and are probably the best weapon you have built in. If he comes up behind you, fold your arm and swing your arm back as hard as you can. It hurts a lot, especially if you hit him in the stomach. I don't encourage violence, but show him that you know how to defend yourself. If he stands on you, and you can't breathe, don't try to. Learn to hold your breath. When he stands on you, reach for his feet, grab ONE foot with both hands, twist and push him off. Also, for defence, you know what they do in boxing? Put up both hands, hands in fists, both arms in front of your face, side by side, the inside of your arm facing you. Like a shield. Protect your head and face the most. The rest is a little less dangerous to hit.
