File Transfer Protocol, you run like Filezilla and upload files to the host so they can apply it to whatever you need, most website hosting services use this.

I have owned three, all currently stopped because i wanted to experience being in the team
Why do you want this position?
I read your server introduction and it literally gave me chills at how professionally executed it was, i enjoy working with professional people as i am a professionally trained staff member as well. It caught my attention because it sounds close to what i once had except i was the owner.
Tell me about yourself (2-3 sentences)
I am a poet, and a writer, and i know how to play 7 different instrument, i am currently attempting to major in psychology and am going to school for perfoming arts
Give me a brief list of your past administration experiences (if any):
I was owner of MutlticraftMX, moxxiecraft, and cb, I picked people who werent already staff in hope that me trainging them from the ground up would provide them with better then the essentials, that they would rise above the basics and take on the advanced, which they did. To my success when i stopped my servers i made sure all of them got into a server more, or as popular as mine (20+ people a day). I was admin on 7 different servers, i was mostly admin and staff manager, i left all of them because the owners stop listening to me, and the staff became untrained and unproffesional. Kept repeating but i can see that wont happen here
