Minecraft/Servers New Survival Server. Need Staff

Maturity Level: Im pretty mature but I still like having fun. Though my type of fun doesn't involve griefing everyone's houses and that sort. I am very mature but I still want to have fun

Have You Ever Been Baned? Yes
If So What For? I was banned twice. One on a server my friend was trolling on so I thought I'd join to watch/build a house somewhere. And he banned him so I said Im gonna come back when he does and he banned me a for a day. The other was a server I was staff on with the worst owner ever but it was my first time being staff. One of my friend's had a server so I played on both and he told me I couldn't play on other servers just his then banned me. He was a very controlling person.. o-o
Anything Else? I have been looking for a server that is real survival and has a owner that's really wanting to make a great server. I love helping people and Id love to help this server grow. I don't know you but if your wanting to make a awesome server I'd love to help you on that quest.
Also, Ive been admin on about 3 servers so I do have somewhat experience.

I'm a very fun and kind person who is willing to help someone out with anything. I love helping people anyway I can. ^^

Do you have Experience?
Yes but very little if Im being honest. I'm a mod on a server and have enjoyed it very much.
Have you ever been banned from a Server?
No, but I don't play on many servers. The ones I do play on I stay faithful to.
Any Information you should know?
I want you to know that I may be young but I am very responsible when it comes to being a mod/admin or whatever responsibility (if you so choose) to give me. Maybe I could do a practice run as mod and if that works out I could be moved up? Even if I don't get a position on staff, I would still love to tryout on this server and help people in any way I can. And build some sexy builds.. ;D

Hey this looks like an awesome server! I am so joining this.
Also, Id love to fill out an admin application.
Before I do this I would like you to know I am 12 but I actually am very mature. Im very rational and sensible.
If you really don't want a 12 year old as staff, who would blame ya? But if you do, you could have a really cool girl on your staff But honestly, if it doesn't work out no worries.

Maturity? On the scale Id have to say a eight too. I love having fun with others and welcoming new players.

What can I bring to the server? I can bring another dedicated player, myself and I can bring leadership since I plan to be Head-Admin. I play at a minimum 3 hours a day, and also since I do play a lot I can keep watch of the server and Make sure everything is going well and everyone is having fun!

Why should you pick me? Im very loyal to servers and Im a very friendly person! I like having fun when everyone's having fun. I love helping people in any way possible. (That is not giving them free items though ) Id love to try as admin and see if its a good fit! If not oh well. Thanks for the consideration.

Give me an example situation of someone breaking the rules and what you would do?
It does depend on the rule that is being broken. For example is someone is being inappropriate Id kindly give him a warning to stop. If he continue Id get him a kick. If it still continued a temp ban, and if it didn't stop a permanent ban.
If someone was hacking I wouldn't tolerate that at all. Id investigate first to see if he was hacking and if I had evidence it would be a permanent ban. I do not appreciate hackers.
Griefing would also have evidence, if it did Id say a temp ban. If the griefing continued once more with proof Id say a ban would be in reasonable.

How long can I be on per week? It depends on how much homework I get. Honestly some days I cant get on but Im usually very active.
