Experience being a staff member:My experience is I have very good skills with plugins, (not createing) very helpful person i'm not the great person for building but I always try my best i'm all ears for new plugins, And i'm just an overall good guy.

Why you Need It: I don't really need I want it because i'm looking for that special server and I love to help yours and I have been looking for good server for a long time.
How can you Help the server: I can help your server many good ways such as, plugins (Groupmanger) (World-Edit) etc.

Plugins/Building: I'm good at plugins actually excellent building not the greatest at but I try my hardest.
How much will you Dedicate to the Server/Day: Weekdays 1 hour just enough to check in on it and make sure everything is good weekends 4 hours.
How Long have you been Playing Minecraft (Years):1 and bit don't really count.
How will you Treat New Players: Um first I would say Welcome the usual and so on and if they need help i'm rate there.
How will you Treat Rule-Breakers:If it was spam=Mute,kick asking for ranks, A warning then 5 min mute grefing=depends on the server.
