While I love this idea and I want it to happen, it's close to impossible to create anything close to what you described without a huge budget, a lot of people, and a ton of time. With your explanation that "Unturned turned out fine" isn't really helping your argument due to the fact that, truthfully, Unturned isn't very good. After that, with your theory that the chain of command slows it down, that is true, but it can't add more than a week or so, maybe a month, so something like this would still take at least 2 years. I just think you should work on some small things first and slowly improve your skills, not start with a giant and complex game.
