Ok thanks I will try that. But after I deleted my minecraft launcher and folder, it still stays the same. Is it because of the forge that I use because when I deleted the forge and redownloaded it everything is still the same. It is really confusing what is the problem and when I tried to open the code it won't let me, so basically it's an unsolvable problem. (sorry for crying so much i just want my minecraft back)
