This is a great server! has all sorts of cool stuff, including a Cinema! Which also has real movies produced by computercraft!

Why should you choose me?:I am extremely skilled with most plugins (Essentials, Groupmanager, Worldedit, WorldGuard, et cedera) I am experienced as an admin, having owned a whitelisted server myself. (Though I am NOT good at building). I am also VERY familiar with vanilla Minecraft aspects(Including redstone)
How can I help?:As you said, you're bad at permissions, and as I said, I very good at permissions and other plugins, also as I said, I am slightly experienced being an admin, and are familiar with vanilla Minecraft
Skills: Essentials, Groupmanager, Worldedit, WorldGuard, being an admin, redstone, vanilla Minecraft, (pretty much everything )
