It's an old minecraft glitch.
Back then a glitch would sometimes occur that mobs/players that die would sometimes leave behind a (twitching) corpse half into the ground.
It's not herobrine.

That guy was probably just wearing a herobrine skin.
As mentioned 100 times, HEROBRINE IS NOT IN THE GAME. Notch never added code of Herobrine, it was simply a creepypasta.
He cannot talk, and it sounds too fake.
Research the wiki, before believing such things.

The name rater rates names submitted by people.
Just search your pokemon, and you'll be good to go
There are tons of just horrible names, but you will occasionally find good nicknames there.

The "herobrine removed" are just Notch trolling us.
There was never a Herobrine in the code, and Notch never had a dead brother.
It's as simple as that.
