And Ken Ham pretty much just rubbished any evidence Bill Nye came up with.
karrthus1religion in general is hard to believe in
but then again so is science
i think dragons are real, their stories are much better
I don't see how science is hard to believe because you can actually follow how they got theories and stuff like that.
I take issue with religion most of the time. Not because God doesn't exist or whatever. He might possibly. But what im trying to say is that organised religion holds back the cause of science and it also holds back society.
I'll throw in a few examples; society being held back by people like the WBC who believe that gay marriage is an abomination because they can't fully understand how the brain works.
War in middle eastern countries because groups like ISIS go round offing other religious groups if they don't convert or whatever (i've forgotten exactly why)
Galileo who was accused of heresy when he suggested that the earth wasn't the center of the solar system. You might say but oh that was hundreds of years ago. But it still happens today with creationists, like Ken Ham, Who refuse to believe any evidence and if it were up to him, would probably try stop looking into evolution.
I probably went off topic a bit but i just really wanted to get this out there that organised religion is why we have wars not to mention problems teaching the next generations. Feel free to question what i've said but don't just rubbish it because you can't accept the truth that is obvious.
Final note: The three main religions, Judaism, Christianity and Islam are all connected.
