Are you good at building: I'd say I'm about average, not brilliant, but I am not a hopeless case.
Do you know PermissionsEx: No, not particularly.
Do you know Worldguard and Worldedit: A little bit of worldedit, but apart from that, no.
Can you handle the responsibility of a higher rank position: Well, I have been a moderator on one server, so I think I can handle the responsibility, but as my rank choice would suggest, I'm not really looking to be a mod/admin.
Can you help pay: At the moment, no, I could always try and convince my parents, and believe me I will try.
Do you know how to configure files: No, sorry.
Do you have experience: I haven't tested a server out as a beta-player before, if that's what you mean, but, as I previously mentioned, I have been a reasonably high rank.
Are you mature: I believe I am, despite my age, although I suppose you won't know that until you actually talk to me.
About you: Well, I have been playing Minecraft since the first Beta version, and I would thoroughly enjoy to partake in the making and improvement of this server and I would love to see your ideas evolve.
