Mod creators have the full ownership of their mod and it is not the property of Mojang AB. http://minecraft.net/terms.

Technically you are stealing by publishing a modpack of mods that you were not given permission to use by the mod creator.

On the other hand, modpacks such as Tekkit were not created with permission and the mod creators are very unhappy about it. In that sense, Tekkit is illegal, but nobody has done anything about it.

You can feel free to personally use your own mod pack, but distributing it to others is against the rules. Whether or not people will do anything about it is something you would have to find out.

I am making a redstone tutorial series where I will teach all of you guys some cool redstone tricks and tips and how you can make really cool traps to kill your friends. Windows is for the Gamer audience, which makes up the majority for PC owners. Mac's are more for the Casual audience, which makes up the Minority of PC owners

Honesty, anyone who thinks Macs are good for gaming has to have a few screws loose.

First, RevolutionalRedstone, you are very good at showing the bad in Apple .

I just wanted to say that there's too much talk of Ubuntu. Ubuntu is not the definition of Linux. You should look around at other distros. My favorite is Linux Mint which is based on Ubuntu but I think it is a lot better.

If you really need proof I can give it to you, but in the past I've found $700 PC laptops with better specs than the $2100 MacBook Pro. Its like paying triple for the bad OS that comes with it.
