Is the white on the hat area accidental? It looks a bit too distorted and pixelated, did you use the "Noise tool"?

Stupid item edits are packs that "improve" swords or add leaves to apples, etc, and they only edit the items

1. Paint.NET (free, DON'T GET MS PAINT) GIMP (free) and Adobe Photoshop (paid), but MC Skin 3d will be used for texture packs soon.

2. Learn how to shade and try to make a pack that is original. Do not make simple packs or stupid item edits.

3. GOOD texture packs take 2-6 months to finish, depending on resolution.

No, if you can't fully make your own texture pack then you shouldn't post it.
If other people make textures for you, they may get credit, but you'll upload
it and get all the XP, which makes there be no incentive to help you. And seeing as your only skin is a unshaded, simple skin, I think you should brush up on your texturing skills before attempting to make a texture pack.
