Why should we chose you?: I think you should choose me cause i have experience with using and setting up plugins like Group Manager or PeX and i work well with others in situations I can handle stressful situations and make the community awesome so more people play and no arguments or players hating each other cause of one "Using Hacks" I also like to help other staff and players when it is needed and when to use my powers. I know how to follow and obey rules and to not abuse any powers.
In an event that a player is caught hacking, what action would you take?: I would record it and then tell a higher up that i caught him hacking then id show him the proof and have him review it. Then either him or I would finish the situation with a temp ban or ban and not a ban if he wasnt hacking. I also would ask the player who is accusing someone of hacks to show me proof of a video to even use my powers to get rid of the hacker.
In the event that a player is spamming a message, what action would you take?: I would give him 3 warnings if he didnt stop i would mute them for 3-5minutes.
Have you held a position of this sort before?: Yes i use to own a OP Prison Server and i have worked my way up from a Helper to a Head Admin on Daze MC and Inchains Jail Server I have been mod and helper on other PvP Servers that werent that popular.
