Yk, life is so much easier when you're confident with your profile. I remember I was always trying to hit a position that I'd cram everything I could do in such a small space to try to impress employers cause I wasn't confident with myself nor my skills.

Now I'm like, I don't need to try to impress people to get somewhere, I know my worth. I just need to be confident with my profile and in myself!

Btw, I don't know if I ever mentioned this here yet but last month I asked NASCAR's community coordinator about possibly rejoining their team and they said they'll notify me as soon as an opening is available. Excited!
