Dear Che Guevara,
I on behalf of my esteemed Lord General am contacting you about the current issue of the lawlessness of your most southern village. Recently a few citizens of your esteemed State have shot portable rocket launchers at an Omnic passenger ship. No one was injured however some damage was done to the ship. I hope this issue shall be dealt with before it can become an international incident requiring a more forceful solution.
