Instead of complaining to the moderators that they need to fix their moderation procedures and how many people they have on staff, think about what you can do to help, in addition to whatever you're already doing.
For example, if you see Derp#1 getting away with stuff from 8 to 11, screenshot and PM that picture to a mod. Don't minimod, but make sure that news of SERIOUS rulebreakers gets to mods.
The reason I say this is, the mods know a lot more about this than you and I do. They are able to see the infractions being given out like the_soup said. Or, maybe, it's just not that big of a deal.
First of All I posted this topic first, and now your saying how I should stop complaining, I am simply saying that we need more mods
Most of all, just relax. This website is made for recreation and fun. No need to get upset or concerned. Plus, chances are, the moderation team has it covered.

EDIT: I'm afraid I haven't explained this well. The facts are: She likes MineCraft, I like MineCraft. We are not dating currently (hoping that might change ). We both are at a co-ed boarding school (everyone lives here). We first "bonded" through MineCraft (I taught her stuff, servers, etc.). The plan: I will make some sort of map, that will hopefully look really good (suggestions?) and also have some sort of thing like a screen made of lanterns that says "Prom Rachel" (or something along those lines). How this will work is that I will first make the map (duh), play through it while recording my screen, and then post that video on youtube. Then next week, on Thursday the 24th, at school meeting I will have the people running the meeting play the video in front of the whole school (it's a tradition at our school to do something funny/really big/embarassing/in front of the whole school to ask people). After that I will either go up on stage or stand up and ask her personally.
IMPORTANT: People have told me many times she likes me.
