I give them a temporary ban, and if they use it again give them a permanate one.
Someone is caught flying,and using a hacked client. How do you approach this?:

Player claims that the server glitched and he lost his newly found diamond tool. How do you deal with this?:
I make sure hes not lying, if he is i wont do anything, if hes not not i will give him it.
