1. Making an uploading schedule so your subscribers will know when to come back to see more of your content.
2. Keeping the music at a low audio when you do voice-overs. (I'd definitely recommend doing voice-overs in your video so your viewers get interested in what you're talking about and don't want to stop watching your video half-way through.)
3. Do challenges! People like it when you get out of your comfort zones for YouTube videos! x)
4. Keep your videos consistent, don't go uploading a Minecraft video then afterwards upload a video about cooking (just an example lol). It's best to stick to one thing so your viewers can know what to expect from you.
And I think the most important is to make good thumbnails! It's definitely worth your time to learn how to properly make an appealing thumbnail. There's lots of tutorials on YouTube & other websites. :)
