Minecraft/Servers FACTION NEED PPL

Why i think i would do good: i am a mature , but can also be a fun and loose kind of guy. I think i would make a good member of staff to your server community as i can help in almost every area and if i am not able i am always up to learn and can take the constructive help. I can build fairly well ,i am good at big projects that take time , i am extrremely motivated and will not give up on a build if i get bored. I am loyal and helpfull to all members of the server , even if someone doesnt like me or i dont like them i will not get my personal opinions into the decisions i make , even if the person is my freind , if they break the rules consequences will follow through no matter what the relationship.

what i could do for the server: I can help develop the community and i can also help with some server projects when there are some that are avaidable (eg . new spawn ...ect) I would not get the rank in the way of my minecraft experience because i obviously want to play aswell , i will always play legit with chats (spawning in items , world edit ..ect) because i am a huge fan of playing factions , i will always try to be the first one there when you need help , if not first then i would for sure try and help out as much as possible.

past experiences: i have been staff on many servers before and i have never failed to impress, its just most the servers i have been staff on have been abandoned and the owner doesnt keep it going . i hav e also owned a small server with 6 slots just for me and my freinds so it wasnt much of a responsability but i still treated it as a big server .

Why should I choose you: okay , i think you should choose me because i think i am the man for the job, i have been staff (various ranks) loads of times and i defiantly know how to do it the right way , i stand out from the crowd because i can do a selection of skills on Minecraft as staff (EG. building, plugins, and just general commands) i can help new comers to the extent that they need, i wont just give up and say dont know how sorry , if something needs to be done i will be there as soon as i can , I am extremely mature and have good common sense while i can have a laugh and and a fun member of the staff community.

How can I trust you: You can trust me by putting me on for trial for a couple of days , if weeks i dont mind as long as i can get to you that i am trustworthy , you can have my skype (i will put at the bottom of the application) so that you can be on call or whatever to me ehenever you want , this can build out trust and i think we can make a freindship at the same time.

Experience: As i said on the first question , i have been staff on many servers in the past and i think i have never failed to impress. I actually have owned a server before but it was a small 10 slot one for my freinds , i looked after it extremely well and even if they were my freinds i still went to the procedure of banning as consequences proceed even if i know them because a grief is a grief and a hacker is a hacker.

How will you help the Server: I can help the server by being a welcoming server staff and also i can probably get more people on , i can also build the server anything that you want me too , if its a big build it might take longer but being a staff member will motivate me to finish the build no matter what it is. When its my birthday or Christmas i will get money and i can donate a ammount of money for the server if needed.

What can you do to help me: I can be a trustworthy , freindly member of the server and i will not hesitate to help you or anyone on the server , i will always try to be the first man there when you need help. i will save you alot of stress from the server by sorting out any problems while you are not there so you do not have to worry .
