  Reshade contests are quite popular here (based off what I've seen) but there's also Jams. An event which is declared through it's own, customisable page. You can join these and create a submission based of the criteria(s). There are ranked Jams and unranked Jams, one of which is judged for the 'best' overall submission. c:
