Reasons for wanting this position: I enjoy helping servers, being part of a team to create a fun, flowing, popular and professional grade server, I also enjoy working on servers, creating them the best I can, also I wish to bring more to the server
Experience with plugins: I have been on minecraft since 1.5 beta, and have been helping peope on their servers for over 2 years. I am familiar with almost all plugins, my strongest include:
PermissionsEX, Essentials, GroupManager, Worldguard, Worldedit, Multiverse, Iconomy, War (CTF/PvP), Factions, there are countless more I could mention.
I will be honest though and say there are a few that haven't always worked out for me, I know how to set them up, and it may be fine, but they often went wrong for me, these only include - Dynmap, Votifier, and I am not very familiar with HungerGames or Role Playing plugins, however I could set them up without any problem I am almost positive.

Dedicated time: On summer holidays now, so alot, however I do have other things to do during my time, I hope you appreciate that, that being said I am a quick worker, and often determined, I have often stayed up very late, or early morning, trying to fix problems.
What you can offer: I can create a stable, fun and professsional looking server, by creating ranks with either permissionsEX or Groupmanager, I can also advise you on both permissions plugins, so you can choose, or I can recommened one, also I am willing to teach you all the commands you need, so you can easily promote people, demote them, change their prefix, add or remove permissions etc, all from ingame.
I can also fix common errors as I have been doing this for along time, It often doesnt take me long to fix the errors servers may come across...

The above is a few of the many problems I have fixed on previous servers.
I can also recommend and setup the right plugins, creating a server that flows,
also, I can make the server safe from griefers, using Worldguard.
I am very good with worldguard and can:
- Setup safe zones , from PvP, Mobs, Fall damage, almost anything!
- Personalised zones, when you enter you get gamemode etc
- Areas only certain ranks can enter, like a donator room
- Areas only certain users/ranks can build - good for plots in spawn, big builds, etc
