These are some Minecraft 1.12.2 seeds I thought were interesting. All of these seeds were tested by Quark, so there may be a degree of error. So far I only have 16 seeds on this gallery. I may add more later if not.
#1: Desert Temple Inside Village

I thought Seed 420 was just a basic seed, but then I found a rare sight. There's no blacksmith in this village, but there's some stuff to explore. The desert temple has decent loot.

#2: Nearby Mushroom Biome

Everyone knows mushroom biomes are rare in Minecraft. But in this seed, swim north a little and you'll find a mushroom biome! If you have high render distance, you'll see the island from spawn.
#3: Centered Village

This one is pretty interesting. The village is not exactly centered, but it's very close to 0,0. The blacksmith doesn't have a lot, but has enough to get you started.

You spawn in a village. There's a blacksmith, and a ravine nearby with a mineshaft below. Unfortunately, there's only one chest minecart in the entire mineshaft.

You spawn in a roofed forest biome, with thousands of trees. The world spawn point has a woodland mansion at spawn. The mansion is actually facing backwards, so you have to go around. There's a vein of 6 diamonds way below the entrance's carpet.

Need to speedrun the Zombie Doctor advancement? Go west a little on this seed and you'll find an igloo on ice. Even better, it's the rare igloo with an underground base.

This is the default terrain generation, not amplified or customized. You spawn at about Y126, but once you get to the top of this mountain, you reach Y184. Keep in mind that most mountain tops are at about Y128.

You have to recycle resources on this seed. It only features 2 oak trees, and there's almost nothing on the horizon. I recommend crafting a boat for this one. Otherwise, can you survive with just 10 logs?

This seed may look like just a desert at first, but once you start exploring, you'll find almost every biome in the game. There's deserts, snowy biomes, forests, swamps, lakes, savannas, jungles, and much more.
#11: Nearby Stronghold

A seed with 2 different temples, a rare sight. At spawn, you'll find a buried desert temple nearby. The jungle temple is somewhere around 64, 70, 160. They both have some good loot.

A few hundred blocks away is a... WOW! A hallway that never ends in Minecraft! This is due to a rare seed glitch where terrain repeats infinitely. You can find infinite things in this mineshaft. It goes forever on the X axis.
#14: 2 Villages And A Ship (Quark)

A regular world with a village nearby. This is a good seed to start out if you like villages. You can explore the other village as well. Loot both villages and you're ready to go to the nether. Note: The ship won't generate if you're not using the Quark mod.

Ever heard that a fully lit end portal is one in a trillion? Well, guide-minecraft managed to find one. There's a pirate ship (Quark) near spawn. All you need to do is to find the stronghold. This seed ONLY works on 1.12.2.
#16: I Cannot Explain What Happened...

I typed in the seed "mojang" and... What? I cannot explain how this generated in a DEFAULT terrain. It goes up higher than #7, with floating trees. (BTW, this is 1.12.2, that kelp on the left is from the Backported Flora mod.)
