I make Minecraft, Planetside 2 and Space Engineers videos. Sometimes I make Call of Duty: Ghosts videos as well, but they are not an important part of my channel. I upload a big video every other week and in the other I post small clips from either Planetside or Call of Duty. My minecraft videos are mainly tutorials and redstone creations. My Space Engineer videos are all creations made by me, especially cannon designs and other weapons. My Planetside 2 videos are montages.
Currently I don't have a lot of these kinds of videos, but after many months it looks like my channel is getting to a pretty good state.

Help/JavaEdition Command block 1.8.3 Give command problems.

Are there people with a minimum score of 5?
Or is the problem the scoreboard itself?
I tried creating a scoreboard named Kills using the totalKillcount type and the command works fine. Maybe you misspelled "Kills" and the scoreboard objective is named something else?

What is the file extension of those files? Are they .zip or .rar?
It could be your computer not having winrar installed.

You forgot a comma: testfor @a[211,52,219,1]
Also, you can omit "r=".

You could use a good custom map for a survival series. One with some custom dungeons and interesting terrain. However, this kind of map is not easy to find.

Sure, I was talking about the stick in his example. You could also check for the durability of an item (like a fishing rod) and when it's used you run the command and replace the item with a new one.

I'm pretty sure you can't run a command when you click with a certain item. You could make stuff happen when you are holding that item in your hand. It's pretty complex and for now I don't know the exact commands you should use, but it's not that difficult when you know them.

I forgot to mention one thing: the game performance are horrible, so the video may not have the best frame rate. I can't do anything to improve it, but tell me if it's too annoying.
