Experience as a Head-Moderator: I am head mod on 1 server currently.
Experience as a Moderator: I have been on 2 others, which have unfortunately been shut down due to lack of players and donations to keep the server running.
Experience on faction servers: I have probably played on at least 100 faction servers by now. I know the inside and outside of how the communities work, and what kind of players do what sort of things.
Ideal conditions to ban someone (In your opinion): Banning somebody is a tough topic. It can be somebody who you have had a bad experience, or somebody totally different from you. In my honest opinion, a permanent ban should only be filed when they have gone through warnings. That could be muting for a period of time, temporary bans, or simply being kicked from the game.

Why should I even consider you: Because I am a helpful person. I get exceptional grades in school, and I like to be involved in things. I am interested in helping out around the server, and using my full potential. I don't abuse what I earn, I only use what I have to, when I have to. I consider myself a nice person, and a great addition to the team. I can also make promotional server videos, I am experienced in getting word around for communities!
Extra information: I am usually on only during the week for about 6-8 hours a day. I play many different games too, but I take breaks on the weekend.

What time are you most often on?- I'm not one for waking up early, so usually 10AM Central-8PM Central is my playtime. I rarely play MC on the weekends, usually take a break.
When did you start playing Minecraft?- 2011
Why do you want to be staff?- Because I'm currently staff on another server that took off nicely, and we get a large amount of players. I realized that I love helping people, and get them comfortable with the environment and community.

Do you have teamspeak or Skype and if so do you have a mic?- Yes, I have both. My Skype is SlipperySoup (best name ever!), and I have TeamSpeak. My headset is a Logitech G430 which has a built in professional microphone, but it only works when it wants to. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Otherwise, I have Skype on my phone and other computers around the house.

Position: Partner, builder, and graphic design. I'm experienced all around.
What you can bring to the server: Lots of players, and a great community!
Experience in this position: I have been moderator on 3 servers. 1 currently. The other 2 have unfortunately been shut down due to lack of payment. I figured out that I love helping people, and I consider it to be a great opportunity for me!
What can you do better than others: I am a great builder, and I am a very experienced graphic designer. I have been making things in Photoshop since I was in elementary, I have always been ahead in the creative sections of school. I can make banners, wallpapers, and even create promotional videos to get word around, all for free.
