Why should we pick you over the next guy?
I'm great with redstone, I love pistons, I can make automated machinery. I'm also strong willed and can would help people instead of overpowering them.
Do you have any past experience as server staff?
When I was younger I had a small staff experience with my friend, it was more a local server, but I was an admin and helped people with their creations.
Are you currently staff on another server?
No currently I have no job in a server, so that means I can devote my time to this server.
Do you have any experience with plugins?
I'm currently learning about plugins, so to be honest Id get someone else with plugins. Ive had experience with creating texture packs and different skin types, I'm part way through a mod though, if it helps.
If you see someone raiding a base, what do you do?
I'd probably give them a warning or something, and Id tell them to leave the base.
What about griefing?
I dont like griefing, it isn't a fun way to play a game, its just mean people who do it, I wouldnt tolerate any of it.
How should you try to gather evidence for punishing someone?
Screenshots, or screen videos.
If someone uses caps, spam, or advertises, what should you do?
Tell them to calm down or they would get kicked.

No, you should follow only server rules, or it is mean.
Can you punish someone because you dislike them?
No because that is a form of bullying, and it is very offensive.
If someone commits a large offense that you don't have power to punish, what do you do?
Inform a person with a higher rank than you.
Can you use powers for your own personal gain?
Sometimes you can, but mainly for the good of the server and the people playing it.
