    how did you pick up jappas artstyle

    It took lots of time and lots of texturing, but mainly in the end technique is what is key. It had started with my "Texture updated Steve" skin, where I had recolored the zombie texture to give Steve a new and fresh look as at the time Steve didn't have a confirmed updated look. At first I used custom colors, but I had noticed that the zombie texture uses colors from the old zombie texture. This is one of the important things to think about when it comes to techniques that allow one to replicate Jappa's artstyle pretty well. I don't wanna make a huge list of what techniques should be followed, but I have been thinking of making a tutorial video that could go into each technique and how to properly update a texture. So if more people are interested in learning I would be more than happy to make that. But yeah, practice and technique are in the long run how I ended up "perfecting" Jappa's artstyle.

    Cool to know you downloaded them, don't forget to download the latest version of my Jappa Steve on skindex, it fixes all of the problems with wrong colorings. Also it's okay if you can't help and I don't need much help anymore now that I found a way to get my skins on skindex without a problem

    I would totally add it to Skindex but there's a glitch where when I put the skin in the place where it goes and click "publish" it just says "Skin image must not be empty" or something along those lines, I'm trying to find out how to message Skindex to fix that but I'm not getting any luck. If you could help message them about that it would be awesome!


    edit: Also, on NovaSkin there is a new alternate version of my Jappa Styled Steve. Check it out when you can!

    edit edit: My skin is now on Skindex! I found a secret way of publishing skins and it finally got published.
