Minecraft/Servers What would be an ideal server for you?

I have been waiting so long for someone to ask this. Well, my ideal server would be three cities/towns/civilizations that each have one pre-made faction (players cannot make factions, and they don't have to be invited) and each city is built in pure vanilla mode, by the townspeople. Each city can also trade resources, or have war with each other. There is no grief protection, except for a 50 block radius around spawn. There are absolutely no plugins for this server other than the factions/clan/groups plugin and Essentials (sethome, tpa, msg)
The currency in this server is some kind of material, preferably gold nuggets (please no Economy Plugin, everyone hates it). I have a lot more ideas, but I couldn't list them all here, so please message me for more information.

And also, in hardcore mode, the mobs should be buffed such as:

Zombies spawn, and travel in hordes, and can see you from farther away than other mobs.

Skeletons are more accurate, and shoot longer range and will climb on to tall objects if they can for vantage points, or less accurate and shoot incredibly rapidly.

Spiders will shoot webs that give you slowness.

Endermen, if you anger them, will literally never stop hunting you until they die or you do.

Cave Spiders webs will do weak poison for five seconds.

Creepers will try to destroy your creations to coordinate with other mobs, like blowing up a part of your house to let zombies at you.

Slimes, if not killed quick enough will recombine themselves and become big again, maybe even big slimes can combine to be bigger. Magma Cubes will be the same

I want to have a boss or strong mob that will just randomly occur in your world, hopefully a dragon. Like, your just in your house and a fireball smashes into it or something. (This should probably be a world setting, cause some people wouldnt like it.)
