Hello! I'm Neji.
I upload mostly fantasy skins. Some are for more personal use, but I upload them knowing they will likely be used somewhere! The descriptions of my posts will usually say if it's free to use or not. If we play on a server together, I'd ask that you not use my skins UNLESS they explicitly state FTU.

I would also prefer that you ask if you plan on editing and then uploading one of my skins.

If it seems like I've been inactive, try checking my portfolio art blog for updates on skins I've been making, but not uploading!

If my skins say FTU, you can:
Wear/edit/splice the skin for personal use.

You CANNOT:
Re-upload the skin, or pieces of the skin as your own work. If you wish to use part of it in your own PMC submission, please credit/tag me in the description.
Sell the skin or pieces of the skin, or claim any part of it as your own work for monetary gain. This includes using pieces of my work in your own commissions. No exceptions.
