Server your a mod or owner of: none but i used to be a admin in a server that shut down back in 1.4.7
Amount of time you can be on: (Admins and mods have to be on a lot more than builders): 5 hours a day
How you feel a server should be ran, rules wise: a good server should have great plugins that stop hackers from hacking and also plugins that make the experience more fun.
