These Terms of Use and Service (the "Terms") govern the use of Minecraft content created by Overgrown ("The Creator"), including but not limited to codes, mods, datapacks, texture packs, resource packs, and any other assets (collectively referred to as the "Content"). By using, downloading, or accessing any of the Content, you agree to these Terms.

1. License: The Creator grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Content without the express written permission of the Creator.
2. Intellectual Property: All Content is owned by the Creator. All trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Content are owned by or licensed to the Creator.
3. Restrictions: You may not use the Content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Content. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of the Content.
4. Updates and Changes: The Creator reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any of the Content at any time without notice. The Creator may also revise these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms for any changes.
5. Disclaimer: The Content is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Creator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Creator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Content, regardless of whether the Creator has been warned of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Creator, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Content.
8. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Creator is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Attribution and Acknowledgement: If you use any of the Content, you must provide clear attribution to the Creator, and include a link back to the original site or place from which the Content was downloaded. You may not claim that you or any third party created or owns any part of the Content. Credit to Overgrown must be given in a clear and visible manner on any platform or medium where the Content is used. Failing to give appropriate credit is a violation of these Terms.
10. Content Removal: The Creator, Overgrown, reserves the right to request the removal of any Content from any platform, medium, or server at any time and for any reason. Upon receipt of such a request, you must promptly remove the specified Content and cease its use. Failure to comply with such a request constitutes a violation of these Terms.
11. Media Usage: You are permitted to use the Content in the creation of media such as videos, photos, and other similar media types. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, livestreams, and video recordings. However, any media that features or utilizes the Content must provide clear and visible attribution to the Creator and include a link back to the original site or place from which the Content was downloaded. Failure to provide appropriate credit and linking constitutes a violation of these Terms.
12. Exemptions and Special Permissions: Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Creator may, at their sole discretion, provide certain individuals or entities, such as friends, family members, or commissioned clients, with special permissions that exempt them from some or all of these Terms. Such permissions may include, but are not limited to, the right to use the Content without providing attribution or linking back to the original source. These permissions must be granted explicitly in writing by the Creator, and cannot be assumed or inferred. The extent and duration of these permissions will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Creator, and may be revoked at any time.

These terms reinforce the importance of respecting the rights of the original content creator and help to ensure that their work is properly acknowledged and can be controlled according to their wishes. If these Terms are not adhered to, the user could face consequences such as loss of access to the Content or potential legal action. By using the Content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Content.
