Minecraft/Discussion Advice wanted on creating a server.

So i did a bit of work on the actual server, still not sure which host to use :/ (there seems to be mixed feelings about mcprohost...). I figured I'd try and make a banner i set my signature as the template banner i made (the server's not created yet so there's no IP). It may not be the best but it's my first attempt

I'm assuming i can submit a premade server to these hosts? If so then i'm gonna start working on creating the server before i buy the host, see how the server turns out in it's offline variant and then release it if i like it.

Thanks for the reply, The reason i wanted to make a pixelmon server was because i couldn't find one i like so i figured "why not make the one i want?" i did have one i really loved but unfortunately it's dead now :c no clue why though, 1 day it had 80 players, a few weeks later barley even 3 on at a time. So i'll probably be adding a few of the pulgins i liked from that server. I guess start small and work your way up

Thanks for the advice, i never even thought of adding a banner i'll probably start with 2gb and up it if i need more (i want to have a decent amount of pixelmon spawns and will probably be running a few plugins). i'll probably add voting rewards in the form of ingame money to incentivize voting.
