My being staff experience: I am a very good staff member and I have been told that, I can handle peoples problems and sort out rule-breakers.
My experience with Greifers: I would use core protect (if installed) to find out who did it, I would jail the griefer and inform the other staff members and record it.

Hey there, I would like to apply to be a mod on this server.

Have you been staff before: No
What is world edit function: a plugin used to edit regionals of the world by placing, destroying or moving blocks using a wooden axe.
What would make a good server: Having plugins to make a freindly community E.G: safe trading, pvp disabling, golden shovel protection and good rules to make everyone happy.

If a player was greifing what would you do: I would ask the player to stop, if he didnt I would warn him and if he kept doing it I would jail him and report to the owner/admin.
