    Gotcha. Yeah, the thing is our biggest criticism was just that the community interaction was very minimal, so this is what this update was to address - plus, giving users the choice to customize their profile makes them feel more personalized and less "this is how the site will portray you and you have no choice!".

    So we had two design philosophies with the update: give users the option to customize their profile and give them the option to receive new notifications, etc. Sadly, we can't really give them the option to view the profiles in a user-agnostic way, but you can access gallery, etc from the left side menu and they'll always be there regardless of how they have their profile set up.

    If you have any ideas as to how to improve it, you can always file a ticket and we'll get on it ASAP if we think it'll be a good idea.

    Eh.. I just dont like it mostly because I'm not used to it and it seems too reminiscent of other websites.. and I don't want the whole purpose of showing and making skins to be a bit clouded by people posting more and more instead. It's also because this one is quite harder to navigate and I liked the simplicity of the older version. There was customization anyways on the older version but meh, just my personal preferance.
