I'm having the same problem! I am using Shaderpack SEUS v10.1 ultra and my water and glass seems to glitch out a lot. I have tried different shader packs like SEUS standard and Rudoplays but both do the same. I have a Nvidia gtx 750ti and get around 60 fps so it's not my computer. Maybe it's the Shader mod core? Hopefully Shimeshi can figure it out.
