Experience:
1.) [Helper] TrIcKzzCraft : TrIcKzzCraft is a server that is owned by CedouTrIcKzz. I got the helper job as I gave an application to the server. My role as a helper in the TrIcKzzCraft server as stated in the name, I help the players who are in need or having a really serious situation. Even if I cannot try to resolve the situation, I will continue to do my best until a higher staff member comes in and can resolve the issue. I was active throughout the server although the server stopped and need renovations but until now, I believe that it is still on renovations. I lost access to the server that is why I didn't get to continue my job as a helper.
2.) [Moderator] WolfPak : WolfPak is a server that is owned by Aidan (leoandbob). As I applied, I got the Moderator rank but it was a private SMP server as for now. The owner said that soon, it will be a public server and I would get to do my job. I cannot do my role or moderate the chat because it is private and the only players that are in the white-list board are the staff members. I do not know what else I should do to moderate because I believe that they are responsible and chosen to be a staff member meaning they have the complete knowledge, maturity and responsibility. I also believe that they use this server for recording and to be posted in YouTube.
3.) [Moderator] ForhmeCraft : ForhmeCraft is a server that is owned by Alice (MonkeyFaceGamer). She is a very matured owner and have complete knowledge how to own a server. As I joined, I tried my best to apply for her server. I was overjoyed when I get to see my application getting accepted by the owner. As I got accepted, I did my best to moderate the server every time I get on. It is a public factions server and as the days go by, It improves. Moderator doesn't mean that you will be famous, it means that you are chosen to be responsible for one's server and do the right thing to do.
4.) [Moderator] LegendGaming : LegendGaming is a server that is owned by XxMrQxX. He is a very responsible server owner for his age. As I applied, I was truly happy that my application got accepted by the owner. Like in the other servers I became a Moderator in. I did my role and did what I have to do throughout the days. But it seems like no one is really that active on the server. I was continuing my job but I have nothing to do without any players on. I believe that it is because we have different timezones that is why I cannot log in with them at the same time. The server had factions, mini-games and more other servers that you can play inside the server.
5.) [Trial-Mod] ProFusionNetwork: ProFusionNetwork is a server that is owned by two owners namely, minij0ker and Natsu. They were both responsible as well. They owned the server for a large amount of time but as I was continuing my journey as a Trial-Mod and soon to be a Moderator. The server stopped and no one actually knew what happened but what I do know is that it is a very op prison server and there were some players who spent their times to finish the op prison. But the server stopped, I clearly think that the players wasted some time and they didn't wasted some because as we were playing we were having communication and we all had fun. So, it doesn't mean that it really wasted your time.
6.) [Admin] WitherKingdom: WItherKingdom is a server that is owned by Redster1060. As an owner it is his responsibility to handle his own server. As I joined, I applied and got the Admin rank. But first, I started as a Trial-Admin. At first, The server was a Hub server it had mini-games, survival and more. After several weeks, It had a reset and became WitherKingdom 2.0. The server became a prison server and was becoming good and all. After a few weeks after the WitherKingdom 2.0 update. It updated once again! It became WitherKingdom 2.5 which is now a Factions server.

Ideas: I do not have a lot of ideas in mind but, some of my ideas are,
Server Hub: I believe Hub servers are the most popular servers nowadays, Hub servers have a lot of choices that a player may choose. Like prison, mini-games, creative and lots more. This is also better than a single one because sometimes a player gets lazy after repeating the same thing all over again. So, this Hub server will serve as a secondary server for a player in order for them to stay on the server for a long period of time.
Maturity: 9 - 9.5 (This is because, I'm not the most mature person. I do not take being an owner very serious, I have fun in ways.)
