Just gonna ask before all the people come in mad about this, why do you need a laptop? If you just plan to use it around the house a desktop (even a really small one) will be cheaper and run games better. If you just don't want to build a desktop, that is understandable as well.

Could you just save up your money and then pay someone like NCIX to build it for you? In the end you'd wait the same amount of time and pay the same amount for something better.
