I would agree with you in most cases, but I feel that it would be worth it in this instance. First of all, this is my first server, and I had no previous experience configuring or managing plugins. While I have improved a lot since I started my server, I still work slowly, and it takes me a while to figure out how to fix problems when they arise. I have some more advanced configurations also, as I had some assistance from some very experienced individuals. Also, it is hard to find someone who is dedicated to spending time working on the server's configurations, who has enough time, or who isn't already committed to another server/project. Also, they would not be getting anything right away, as I do not make enough donations at the time to pay for the monthly bill. If they are really helpful and dedicate themselves to improving things, that will just make people's experience on the server that much better, and it will also allow me to shift my focus a bit more to advertising.

Details: Pwnfilter is supposed to be the best no swear plugin, but it is more advanced than some, and it is not filtering words as efficiently as I think it could. I have a list of words that I aren't filtered, and this filter is also supposed to be able to filter words written on signs and in books. I have a list that I can send you of the words that I want blocked. Pm me if you would like to send info via skype. Thank you so much for offering to help!
