- A better interface, with menus to easier install mods and plugins and texture packs. Don't know how I'd pull it off though. xD
- Make a diffferent default texture pack
- Let you play fetch with dogs, and give dogs a small inventory for carrying meat and sticks and stuff. Also let you tie dogs to fences.
- Give villagers an individual inventory (ever wonder where they keep all their emeralds?). But you can't take stuff out of it without losing villagers' trust.
- Def a herobrine mob! It appears very rarely in Normal and a bit more often in Hard mode.
- More environment sounds, like occasional birdsong in forests, lots of birdsong and animal sounds in jungles/swamps, wind in plains, tundra, and hills, and silence in the taiga and desert.
- A couple more neutral mobs, like birds and fish. I think too many mobs distracts people from gameplay.
- I think the overworld has no hostile flying mobs? Anyway, I'd make a fairly weak goblin that is easy to defeat but can fly. It attacks by biting the player, and can be killed with one hit from a diamond sword. But the Goblin can attack in swarms, so it's necessary to find an overhead shelter at night.
- Ok last one! I'd make Goblin Towers, a structure that stands on pillars high in the clouds. It has several goblin spawners, but it also has two special chests inside.
