Why should we pick you over anyone else: I think you should pick me over other applicants because I have much experience on being Mod and Trail-Mod I have lots of expierence on the game as I have played for 3 years or more now. I can effectively deal with bad behaviour without losing my temper or let my opinions make a false judgement. I am quite accurate when I accuse someone so I make sure I have have checked the facts in detail and have sufficient evidence to prove that they did break the rules. I can deal with a lot of the questions or enquiries a player might ask. I make sure that everyone feels welcomed and respected also that they know what information they need to know. I make sure everyone is aware of the rules and that they obey them. I do like to appear as a formal and friendly character so I always address people with the correctly language and grammar.
What makes you better than other applicants: I personally think I would be better than other applicants as I am a mature person and deal with various situations and know my way round a server. Most of the reasons why are repeated in the section above but I will put some statements down here aswell. I am a quick typer so sometimes I can be the upperhand in certain situations. I am active a lot, so I will make sure that I commit to your server and community. I am good with comunicating with the community I will participate in anything I can and will make big contributions to the server. I will help when help is needed. I will make sure every player gets treated equalily and gets the best experience every player deserves. I will make sure your rules are enforced and will stay that way, I will make sure to have rule breakers assigned the correct punishments or warned. I will make sure that I do the best I can to help you and more.
What unique skills do you have: Once I have a commitment I will stick to it, without question. I am quite all with the community and by that I mean I feel like I need to contribute to the community to earn my place. I feel like I need to prove myself. I have a "Unique~Unique" skill this meaning that I always feel like I have to be unique not like someone else like If I'm building something it has to be unique or the first of it's kind, I don't really like going with the crowd!
Scenario: *you are a helper* A Mod is abusing his powers and banning people for no absolute reason, what do you do: I would get in contact with a availible staff member either via Discord, Minecraft chat or anyway I can. But I think if they were online they would've known that there was something going on. Then I would inform them about whats going on if they don't know, but as quickly as I could as I don't want to waste time not solving the problem and risking it to get worse. Once the Mod has been removed from the server, I would then ask the staff who could access the console to check that the Mod has broken a rule and provide sufficient evidence to blame them of this crime!
Scenario: A player has been reported on our anti-cheat for hacking, you have no tp or kick powers, what do you do: Again I would inform a staff member or get in contact with them. I would get a staff member who can punish the hacker, but if evidence was needed I would be sure to get some. I don't think a warning is needed as It would be clear on the rules that you aren't allowed to hack and giving them a warning would waste time and they would just carry on thinking that they can as you're just going to warn them every time.
Scenario: You have been banned as a Helper but you do not know why, what do you do: I would get in contact with a person who is able to handle this enquiry so either the Owner, Co-Owner and Staff manager to ask if there was a valid reason for my ban. If there is a valid reason and I know that I have done something wrong I would learn from this and accept the punishment. I think just causing a fuss would do nothing to help your case it will just make you look immature. But if I was banned for a unreliable reason I would question why and if there was no way I could justify that I was banned for false reasons, I would accept it. They probably had their reasons to ban me. I would learn from this and become a better person also if they banned me for false reasons isn't it their loss? But the main point is that I would just stay mature about the whole situation and accept anything that comes my way.
Any other skills I should know about: I am productive. I am very mature and I can interact with the community well. Also I am skilled at dealing with bad circumstances.
